1. Shipping charges are based on how the order is to be shipped. You will be advised of shipping charges before goods are shipped. All orders are shipped to the address you write as your shipping address. PLEASE PROVIDE FULL CORRECT ADDRESS INCLUDING ANY APT., ROOM OR SUITE NUMBERS OR FLOOR - IF THE CARRIER DOES NOT HAVE IT THEY MAY NEED TO CORRECT AND ADDITIONAL FEES ARE ADDED FOR THAT SERVICE. PLS DO NOT ASK US TO LEAVE PACKAGES AT SPECIFIC PLACES AROUND YOUR HOUSE - WE DON'T DELIVER AND WE CAN'T CONTROL THE CARRIER. INSTRUCT YOUR USPS OR UPS CARRIER AT YOUR END.
2. Please note that WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DELAYS BY THE CARRIER (Fedex,UPS, USPS etc.)- once the package is given to carrier it is beyond our control and shipping charges will not be refunded due to delays by carrier. Any estimated delivery time displayed by USPS is just that - an estimate. This is especially true for packages going out of country - they may be delayed by Customs clearance etc.
3. RUSH SHIPMENTS:
- A. Overnight or 2 day shipments get SPECIAL EXPEDITED HANDLING within our shipping dept to make sure they are shipped on time. However we DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED THE SAME DAY THEY ARE RECEIVED- SPECIALLY EXPEDITED ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER 3 PM EASTERN TIME MAY NOT BE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY. PLEASE CALL AND CONFIRM WITH US IF YOU NEED ITEMS FAST.
- B. Overnight packages shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday unless you call us and agree to pay a Saturday delivery surcharge by UPS.Also note that Saturday & Sunday are not considered normal working day by UPS.
- C. PRIORITY MAIL DOES NOT MEAN OVERNIGHT SERVICE - its usually delivered in 2-4 days by Postal Service just like your regular first class mail - NO SERVICE GUARANTEE IS GIVEN BY POSTAL SERVICE FOR PRIORITY MAIL - IF YOU WANT DATE SPECIFIC DELIVERY - PLS SELECT UPS OVERNIGHT OR 2 DAY SERVICE.
- D. Our Shipping Dept experts may at times ship things by a method other than what is chosen by you and expedite handling 'in-house' to make sure that the goods leave soon and still reach you by the date you need it by.
4. SIGNATURE: IF YOU EXPECT US TO PROVIDE A SIGNATURE THAT YOU RECEIVED THE PACKAGE - PLEASE SAY SO IN SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BOX WHILE PLACING ORDER - AN ADDITIONAL $3.00 WILL BE ADDED TO THE SHIPPING CHARGE CALCULATED TO ADD SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. If you are not asking us for signature, it is assumed you are waiving the requirement that delivery signature be provided and saving that $3.00 fee.
5. Shipping/Handling charges are non-refundable. No insurance is provided. If you want us to ship packages insured pls call us and we can do so at extra cost.
6. Orders once processed by us can't be canceled without paying the restocking fee - please call us as soon as possible- we will try to do what we can - it all depends on the stage at which the order processing is.
7. Certain items require a minimum or round lot purchase.
8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- We ship all over the world from New Jersey. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed due customs clearance etc. The carrier you select (UPS or U S Postal Service) will collect the clearance fees and Customs Duty, if any, from you before delivering the package. We have no control over those charges.
We will gladly refund the Cost of Merchandise (excluding Shipping/Handling charges) if you are not satisfied with the merchandise provided the merchandise is returned to us within 3 days of receipt of shipment in original condition. A 15% Restocking Fee will be applicable on returns.
Above does not apply to any custom made items which are nonreturnable.
Caps & Gowns are not returnable unless we shipped wrong item.
A Return Authorization should be obtained before returning any merchandise. Any item received by us without Return Authorization or received after 15 days of your receiving authorization will receive only 50% credit.
No refunds, exchange or credit 30 days after shipping date.
